Duncan Walsh

My name is Duncan Walsh and I am 58 years old, the last time I checked…

Duncan has combined 40+ years of experience in fitness, weight loss and business. He is an ex-professional sportsman [Squash – Veteran British Open Champion], and was notorious for his huge training sessions. Duncan has a sports science degree and has coached at Ivy League Universities in the US.
